I have asked Lippert for info and posted on Lippert Scouts as suggested; no response yet. In the meantime, after watching YouTube vids and a suggestion by another poster, I've narrowed the problem down to an improper install from the factory, exacerbated by wear. The h-column on one side is misaligned, causing the motor to struggle more, and now rubbing on the slide side. I even paid a mobile RV guy $165 to confirm the problem, then have him tell me he doesn't go into that level of repair and I'd have to take it to the dealer. That ain't going to happen. For anyone else having this problem, after disengaging the problem motor, I can easily pull/push on that side while the DW activates the switch. The motor can be disengaged from the outside even if the slide is fully extended.
