That means that you QUALIFY for Distant Network Signals (DNS) from the satellite provider of your choice. This doesn't mean that you can get your LIL (Local into local) for the area you find yourself in. Bummer!
Dish, now that All American Direct is providing DNS, allows you to change your "service" location. When we get to Florida, I will call Dish and let you all know if I am successful in getting Florida LIL.
