I would guess the 13'-5" is the height with second AC installed since the federal interstate highway limit is specified at 13'-6". If they were 13'-5" without the AC they would be over the legal if Keystone installed a second AC. A question would be is that a standard AC or low profile?
But I would also guess the 13'-5" is measured with the frame exactly parallel to the ground. For us with newer trucks with 4x4 and maybe 20" wheels and running slightly nose high, just how high would the new Montes be.
If I get a new I will have to rethink that underpass in Dalhart.
