We certainly agree with the points Onekla has made and would stress the importance of upgrading to g rated tires and surge guard.

Two other things that really attracted us to this model. One was the lack of carpeting found in the living/dining area making spills and regular cleanup a breeze. Two was the bath setup including the larger shower. With the larger shower one of the first things we installed was a shower rod and curtain mounted on the inside of the shower preventing water from always accumulating in the bottom shower door rails.
