When we were at The Big Texan last year, our waitress told us about their top effort. Seems a professional eater rolled in one evening on his motorcycle while headed back to CA. He proceeded to down the complete meal in just over 8 minutes, headed out the door, got back on the bike and resumed his journey. Unbelievable when you actually see what you have to eat to qualify for the free meal!
