Thought I was facing a blind repair myself on our new 3585SA, because when I carefully (as always) raised one of the bedroom blinds yesterday, WHAM! It dropped like a rock. After I got over my shock and dismay, I realized that the screw anchoring one of the strings to the bottom of the window had pulled out of the wall, something that it a relatively easy fix. Tomorrow--glue and toothpicks.

Hmmmm . . . while it is an easy fix, WHY am I always having to fix screws that won't stay in walls or cabinets? Think I'll move on to the Hey, Keystone! What I'd Like to Say forum and mention the screws-pulling-out-from-walls-and-cabinets problem.
