Bingo, I do not have the tilt arm for my electric awning but I can still adjust it enough to tilt it for rain run off.

But I will tell you as far as I am concerned I do not much care for the electric awnings myself. It has no support bars that go to the ground or back to the trailer. This is a problem if you would like to tie the awning down for the winds as a safety precaution. They recommend not tieing down the awning with straps. A feature I do not like. If it were me I would now make the change if I were to do it all over again. IMO is all.
