We did this on our old camper. Open the main valve and then the black valve. Let drain as much as possible. Close the main valve and open the grey valve for a minute or so. Close the grey valve and open the main letting it drain well. Do that a couple times then close the black and open the grey. We used to have a separate galley tank so I would then close the bath grey tank and open the galley tank valve.
Of course we had a single main drain and a valve (that I installed) at the end of the main drain.
