I have had my Costco phonak's for over a 2 years. I have the blue tooth unit for the tv and it works well. I was quoted $11000 and $12000 by two PROS and got the same items from Costco for $3000. Costco is by far the lowest price for batteries. I think I pay $8 for 48 batteries. I have to take them out when walking in wind as they like to amp everything and the wind keeps me from enjoying the walk. The people at Costco are very nice and take good care. They are licensed as "dispensers" and have the latest instrments.
