How many of you have had a pinbox drop out of your hitch and had box damage avoided by a safety catch mechanism? I haven't seen this topic on here in quite a while and believe it needs to be brought up again for those new to hauling these valuable 5th wheels around the country. I have seen at least five pickups in the last two years who found out about this the hard way (for one it had already happened to him twice, OUCH). A few endorsements might convince some of those who haven't considered a safety catch mechanism yet!!!
