The first event of the Montana Owners Club 2019 National Rally will be the Meet and Greet. This is an event where all attendees gather to meet new friends and renew old friendships and EAT. The Meet and Greet will be held on the fairgrounds at the Elkhart County Community Center otherwise known as the ECCC. It will be held on Wednesday evening beginning at 6 PM. There will be a boxed meal served. You can bring your favorite beverage to go with your meal. Tableware (knives, forks, spoons, plates, napkins) will be provided.
In order for this event to happen we need a few volunteers to help with setup. It won't take a lot of time. It's quick and easy. The tables and chairs will be setup. We just need to organize the table service for the event. Tiara RV is providing the meal for this event.
Just as important is clean up. Most attendees will throw away their own trash but the tables will need to be wiped down and any little leftover items (napkins, plates, etc) disposed of. Chairs will need to be pushed in and the hall straightened up if necessary.

Time: SETUP: 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Cleanup: Immediately after the event is complete
Meet N Greet and Rally Opening: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
