It cost me $8.50 at the CAT scale (Certified Automated Truck). You can get a reweigh for $1. You pull right on the scales and it weighs the steer axle, the drive axle and the trailer axle. you can drop the trailer in the lot and reweigh the truck alone. Ask before you drop the trailer. I just pulled on the scales and pushed the button and they tell you to come in and get your ticket. I had mine weighed during the middle of a Sunday afternoon when they weren't busy. Get ready for a shock!
