Hey David, The dealer should give you everything you need to do it. The only thing missing in my package was something to show how much it weighed. The MSO Sheet(birth certificate) will show this.
That is what I have been told.
I think the only reason it was missing in my package was because in Washington weight is not an issue and the lady at the dealer didnt realize I needed it.
