Looks like some good gumbo OZZ! The DW made just that same thing but used some left over turkey instead of chicken and some garlic sausage instead of the southern sausage but it still was great on a cool night. Sounds like you're sticking around for the winter this year. So are we at least till February anyway since I'm having one of the knees replaced come the 19th. Take care and keep those recipes coming!
