EVERY State has a tow Length in feet. What ever you are TOWING you can not be Over that Length and Road or you can be fined without a permit. Slow and easy. Be Blessed.

I am guessing they are illegal behind another trailer and considered double tow. But I have seen them behind MHs with golf carts and ATVs which I would assume is legal.
