I also found the center flap not closing all the way. The flap was hanging up on the bottom. A sign of this is scuff marks on the bottom under the flap. Had to adjust the door by placing a washer as a shim under the bottom door bracket.

Had to do the same thing, also some silicone spray on the parts that move helps
