We bought a whole house filter similar to those listed above at Menards. We use the replaceable carbon, 5 micron filter. Cut the top off of an orange safety cone and set the filter down inside. Got the idea from one I saw in our campground. Total cost was about $22 for cone, filter and cartridge.
