Just a note. I got the same DVD Skypilot mentioned, the one that says regen needs to run for 30 minutes at 50 mph or more but I've never seen that Check Engine Light because of a need to regen and I haven't driven long enough and fast enough. My Dodge has had a lot of shorter trips as well as longer and towing trips.

Well, I did get an indication once that the DPF was 97% (can't recall the percentage) full but it was about 2 miles after a service for a recall to replace an emissions sensor. The problem was not a full dpf but a service tech who forgot to flash the computer for the new design of emissions sensor when he installed the sensor. He actually came into the lounge and told us what happened and apologized. This was the Dodge dealer at Benson, AZ. I highly recommend that dealership.
