SOunds ultra suspicious - there are many scams out there, some with hidden agendas
Fastest way I have found to check anything on tne net is to "Google" them - no response for the name quoted on your email. To "Google" does work - even little old me comes up with a few entries!
BTW we are also KOA members and have recieved no such email
