I don't know how they came up with 3700/3701LK ,as I don't know what the 37 stands for(as ours is close to 43'overall) but I know the "00" is an rv fridge model and the "01" is residential fridge model.

Yep that holds true for our floor plan as well. 380 is rv fridge and 381 is residential.
I was thinking maybe the 38 might refer to the length from pin to tail. It can't be total length as we are 41.5' total length.
