On my 2010 3150RL, I opened the door side basement storage door and removed the closest panel immediately to the left. It only had 4-6 screws holding it in.
There was a good spot there as well as access to the back of the fuse/circuit breaker panel. All I had to purchase was enough wire (can't remember if it was 6 or 8 gauge) to go from the HW50C Progressive EMS to the back of the fuse/circuit breaker panel. I used NOALOX compound on all connections and used the opportunity to ensure all connections were tight in the fuse/circuit breaker panel.
