Jim, the overall length of the 320 from front to back at the top is 22 inches since it is an elongated bowl. The back of the 320 is flat at the top and is 8 inches wide at this point. The measurement from this flat to the center of the exit in the bowl (or center of flange, depending on how you want to look at it) is 10 inches and it is 12 inches from the center of the exit to the very front of the 320. IF you take a tape measure to your existing toilet, from the center of the exit in bowl to a point in the top back 10 inches and also make this point 8 inches wide...it should give you my best guess for you based on actual measurements of my 320. I did try to bend my pex pipe to hook it up to the 320 and it did leak, so I cut down the pex, put a new connecter on, and then made a short pex adapter pipe to hook to the 320. This was easy for me to do since I have a pex crimping tool that works for copper rings and solid metal pex connectors. John
