I have a 2013 343 RL. It takes two AC units to keep the entire unit cool. I had a second one put in place of the bedroom vent. I can't sleep when I'm hot. Both my wife and I like it on the chilly side to sleep.

As for heating, the furnace does a fine job keeping the unit toastly, but as mentioned above, the toastiness isn't necessary whilst sleeping.

When we're hooked up to shore power we just use a plug-in portable floor heater to take the edge off for our dogs at night. We'll also turn on the fireplace heater when we're sipping our morning coffee.
