I use DIESEL KLEEN because I have a 2013 Chevy Duramax engine and for a few years, Chevy used a less than spectacular fuel pump that tends to fail. The pump fails because there isn't enough lube qualities in the low sulfur diesel fuel. Ford also used some of the same type fuel pumps back then. A friend of mine had a 2010 Ford 250 and the fuel pump failed, it was going to cost him more to repair than the truck was worth.
