I don't believe that you have bad axles but since you are getting new axles, put them on...I assume they have new springs too.
Unless you want to spend about $7K for the IS system I'd just get the new axles only.

The IS does NOT cost $7k by its self. More like $3500-4000. Add disc brakes and you could get to $7k
