Dean..Steve is correct on the service charge. Dometic will pay for the parts and labor for the ckt board for our fridge but we will have to pay the service charge, if any, for the tech to come out to the site to install it.Did you know that Rv traders has a branch here in Apache Junction..11111 E Apache trail.. I would sure like to be there when the service guy shows up. We have a service guy coming here at 9AM Monday.
We had a service guy in Havasu do some inventive billing that resulted in us paying no service charge.(Apollo oven)
