Had one mounted on our ´94 Kit Road Ranger using the Port-a-Bote brackets. Got a diagram of the slideout so I would know where the framing was to anchor the brackets into something solid. Carried it there for seven years before I decided that I wasn´t really using it.
With these widebody rigs, think undernearth would be the best option.
