I was hoping to close this out but there is still an issue. I put the piece HBLICK48 suggested and it keeps the water in the shower very well, thank you HBLICK48. The door is misaligned though with the hinge side having a reasonable gap at the bottom and the open side of the door has so little gap that even trimming the bottom wipes completely off the new sweep, the door with the deflector attached hits hard enough that closing on the inside is difficult. The handle on the outside of the door makes closing it easy as the door must be lifted while closing.

I have considered that the hinges were warn or moved from their original location but that does not seem to be the case. Is it possible the frame has slipped down allowing that side to sag?

Does anyone know how to remove the door?

Any and all thoughts are appreciated. Thank you.
