We have traveled about 122,000 miles over 15 years. We leave everything in the cabinets. We have a middle kitchen. Our dishes are on rubber things to stop them from moving around. I don't think we have had any breakables fall out. A couple of things in the back cabinet like paper plates or chips, etc fell out. Going into Alaska 5, count them, 5 doors fell open. Just some packages to put back and nothing broken.
