indy roadrunner, I think your suggestion is a good one. All you are saying, if I understand, is that a few specifics about the situation would be helpful. The same thing often goes for location (eithr home or on the road as relevant). If all that is in the signature that would be fine, but it often is not. No need to go to the exteme measures which some have mentioned in good faith. Just the one or two relevent points that would help to understand the situation and what model it was on.
I have often found myself wondering, and many of the problems (and features) mentioned by others do not apply to my 2955 while others apply across the board.
