I also have to brag on Ricky's RV Repair. We live in Knoxville. Getting ready for our next trip, our fridge stopped working. Talk about panic. I called Ricky's after I saw 1retired06 post. They were so very nice and helpful. I explained everything to the gentleman. He talked me thru a few things to get me going. He could have easily said bring it in. Sometimes it can be as simple as unplugging the unit and plugging back in. If you are in our area, Ricky's RV Repair is the one I will call without a doubt.
