Since it wasn't working when you went to pick it up, wonder if the Hot Shot Delivery Driver did something stupid or maybe a run-a-alternator that exceed the threshold of the Dexter pump causing it to shut down.
Probably will never really know, but I would keep a close eye on it, just incase that pump is defective and shuts down on anything slightly over normal voltages.
