Using your propane heater should help keep the tanks warm enough. In my opinion seeing that the temps are only in the twenties at night time and back above freezing (40's) during the daytime probably not to much of a chance of freezing issues. You can always run heat tape on freshwater hose or just use the tank with your 12v pump. I get more worried with temperatures that stay below freezing for prolonged periods or really drop at night time like into the single digits or low teens.
