If someone has been driving all day and pulls into and RV park to sleep for the night but has a 10+ year old RV that is road worthy, safe and is in OK condition but is denied access because it is not up to the RV parks visual standards or because it's 10 years old and doesn't look nice, I am not a lawyer but I'm guessing in todays world unless the RV park can prove the camper is unsafe or a hazard to the park or people I'm thinking the RV park would lose in court.
Now imagine if that person or family was forced to continue driving to find another RV park and get's into an accident because of it...
If someone leaves a bar or private party drunk and gets into an accident the bar owner, home owner or person who had the party can be held responsible..
