Steve is correct (again). I have the three leg stabilizer and have been in places that require changing the height of the king pin cup by moving the three bolts in the leg braces. After fighting the bolts one time I replaced them with clevis pins and hair-clips. Now it is a snap to adjust the legs by removing the hair-clips, move the pins and replace the hair-clips.

The 2 leg version appears to accomplish the same results as the 3 leg version and weighs less. Takes up less storage space. My 3 leg one came with my trailer or I would have considered the 2 leg.
