We also use a kingpin stabilizer and any of them I've seen will be fine. Our Montana has a lot of pinweight, 3300 lbs, but, as Sue said, the stabilizer is not supporting the kingpin. It just pushes up against it to remove some of the movement.

I've tried both the two-legged and three-legged variety and find them equally effective. One thing to look at is the range of adjustment. On some sites the pin will be closer or farther from the ground than in other sites. Sometimes I cannot use the stabilizer. Also, look at how difficult it is to set up.
