Hi

The fellow we use uses a commercial steam system that heats the steam to a temperature that makes it “dry” steam. The carpet dries in just an hour or so when running both AC units.

We have had the carpet cleaned this way 7 times in 5 years (once a year and 2 accidents) without any apparent damage to the carpet or floor.
