Got to the panel removal this morning. I was still getting a flicker of the fuse light when I pushed on the fuse. Removed the door panel on the electrical panel, removed the entire electrical fuse panel. In looking at it, there would be no access to it if I came in from the back.
That said, I checked the tightness of all the screws on the wires going into the 12 volt side, none loose. Pulled on all the wires, none loose. So put the panel back in place before screwing it back up, checked the fuse again, no flicker and the lights are on brighter. Not sure what I did but it seems to be fixed.
