After looking at the mounting cabinet that the tank rest, on I do not think that a larger tank would be desined for the tank compartment or be able to safely handle the extra weight for long. I went and purchase another tank, and I carry it in the bed of the truck along with my 2.5 gal and 4.5 gal tanks.
