I have the same truck as you and I put the 265's on mine. I took it to the dealer and had them reprogram it to fit the tires. They charged me $135.00 to do it. I have not noticed any problem with the height of the Montana or with the ride. The guys at the Firestone/Bridgestone tire shop told me that the 245's were minimum for a 2500 truck and they recommended me to put the 265's on. I had the tread peal off of one of the 245's at 24,000 miles.
