A hugger mount fan that moves a lot of air is an oxymoron; the more air the fan can get behind it the more air it will move. Obviously you have no option other than a hugger that would withstand the rigors of travel.

It's impossible to make a specific recommendation without knowing what the maximum size that will fit with the slides retracted. There are a number of fans in the 42" diameter size if that would fit. If the fan will clear the slides vertically, you could maybe go with a larger diameter model. If you don't necessarily need the light kit a model without a light kit would give a little more vertical clearance if it that would help. About the only improvement you could make is going to a 5 blade if you presently have a 4 blade. The blade pitch will help a bit too; the Hunter brand fans have a slightly more aggressive pitch. They are 13 degrees most others are 11-12 degrees.
