Been pondering in my head for some time on how to install pool noodles from the ground without a ladder.
Thinking if the leading end of noodles were cut to a taper to easily slip under topper that the installation might be accomplished with a 1" pieces of PVC with a 90 on the end that could be used to push it in place. make sure to run a cord thru noodles so it could be pulled out easily
