I have had dealer techs and Keystone tell me minimum 6”. More is better but just depends on if your rig can sit level, or as level as possible. The newer trucks can have nose high issues because they have higher road clearances. You can go lower but increase risk of hitting your rails. Have seen it happen. NOT a cheap fix.
