I would agree with Okie Guy about Thetford rubber lub. I have used silicon sprays also but there is variability in silicon sprays as a rubber preservative. I think that any of the products on the market that spacifically say for rubber preservation is the better stuff. The foaming spray seem to penetrate the rubber best. Even tire spray from an auto parts store works good.
