I don't know how to thank you for the information and the video. I had my trailer in the shop for a month last year and again for another month this year and all they could do was dry lube and it does work but its very upsertting that a dealer didn't know about the roller fix. 800.0 later and I worry every time I use the slides. I will be installing the rollers. THANKS SO VERY MUCH
