I am still flabbergasted that this has to be purchased!!!! There are two versions, the single X-factor on the center spring support or the supports on all three spring hangers. If this is deemed a structural defect, Keystone, Mor-Ryde or Lippert ought to be stepping up to the plate (no pun intended) here! Just my two cents worth. Has anybody tried to contact any of the above to see what their response is??
