Got a big dirt dobber nest in the squirrel cage blower fan. Turned it on and I thought the air conditioner was coming apart. Took off the AC plastic cover, removed the fan and cleaned it out. No more problems, but I check it frequently. Will look for some stainless steel screen. Didn't think about that.
