You are probably wasting your time even considering talking to Keystone about this. If you really wanted to chat with someone, if they were even willing, Lippert would be the ones to contact. If the frame is still intact and solid with that splice, I doubt there would be much to challenge, as whatever they did worked, and they probably don't even document which frames were delivered with a spliced frame because it is apparently a non issue. If the splice or reinforcement is intentional, they may consider it a design feature that prevents problems. After experiencing a broken frame, just forward of the drivers side propane cylinder, some years ago, I wish they had added additional support and better welding.
