It has been three years since this thread started. My 2013 3625RE is showing signs of micro cracks in the edpm and mold damage. I wanted to know from those who replaced their roof, how has it been holding up after 3 additional years? How old was your RV when you decided to replace the roof? How did they address things like air conditioners, soft spots in the plywood roof material, and the edges? I’m likely going to get this addressed next winter. Thanks in advance!
