You don't say what year your unit is but I'm assuming it is at least two or three years old. I would get up on a ladder and clean all the slide tops and inspect them. You showed your one that looks like the side is delaminating and it has a lot of buildup around the tape and joint there. Clean it up good peel the old tape off, clean it even more and reseal it with Eterabond tape and then use Dicor self leveling sealant along the edges of the Eternabond. The delamination can be reworked but you need to know what you are doing to do it. If the wood under it is decomposing you will need to replace the whole end panel. Watch real closely also on the rest of your slide because water has a way of getting into the smallest spaces and you may have more delaminating in the future.
